We run instrumental lessons, orchestras, choirs, masterclasses, study days, after school clubs and a Saturday School all lead by professional musicians who are passionate about their instrument and music education. Our teaching staff all have a conservatoire training and regularly perform themselves.
We are based at St Stephen’s school and provide a full range of musical opportunities for pupils at St Stephen’s.
We provide one-to-one instrumental lessons in piano, guitar, drums, brass (cornet, trumpet, trombone, euphonium), woodwind (fife, flute, clarinet, saxophone), violin, viola and cello as well as music theory. 20 or 30 minute lessons are taught in school time with 30 lessons spread across the academic year (approx 10 per term).

We are passionate about performance and regularly arrange concerts and performance opportunities – both in school and as part of external events – for our young players at all stages of their musical development.
Our Saturday Music School is open to all children who play an orchestral instrument with orchestras. Our Young Singers chamber choir is open pupils in years 4-6 by audition.
