GDPR

Hello!

As you may be aware, stringent new data protection legislation (‘GDPR’) will be introduced on May 25th 2018.

As part of this, you will be required to ‘opt-in’ to most communications you receive from companies or institutions, be they public or private. This is why you’ve no doubt recently received many emails from retailers with the heading ‘Please Stay In Touch’ or something similar!

A hard form was sent out in book bags a while back, but if you haven't done so already, our general consent form is available digitally to download, print, provide your consent and sign here:

St Stephen's General Consent Form 2018

We also have our school Privacy Notice outlining the ways in which we use your child / children’s data. It can be found here:

St Stephen's Privacy Notice 2018

You can also find our Data Protection Policy here:

St Stephen's Data Protection Policy 2018

We at St Stephen's take the security of your child / children's data very seriously indeed and I hope the above documents provide you with the information that you need. However, if you have any further queries about GDPR and how we follow it, please don't hesitate to email me (Luke Faith) at dpo@ststephensce.lbhf.sch.uk.

Kind Regards,

Luke Faith
